Trading companies add hidden markup (often 20–30%) and have no quality control. We're a US-registered company with our own team in Guangzhou who visits factories in person. We work on a transparent service fee — you see the factory price, and you see our fee separately. No hidden margins, no inflated quotes.
What if the factory sends defective goods?
They don't — because we inspect before shipping. Our QC team does AQL-standard inspections at the factory, with photo and video reports you approve. If something fails, we renegotiate, request rework, or source a replacement — at no extra cost. Goods don't leave China until you say yes.
How do you charge? Is there a hidden markup on factory prices?
No hidden markup — ever. Initial sourcing is free. For managed production, we charge a transparent service fee starting at 5% of order value. You see the factory invoice and our fee separately. We also offer retainer arrangements for ongoing production management.
What's the minimum order? I'm just starting out.
It depends on the product. Many factories accept MOQ from 100–500 pieces for simple items. For custom molds or tooling-intensive products, typical MOQ is 500–1,000 units. We're honest about what's realistic for your budget — we won't push you into an order that doesn't make sense.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes — it's one of our most common workflows. We handle FBA-specific prep: FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, carton labeling, and shipment creation in Seller Central. We ship to US and EU Amazon warehouses regularly, often consolidating multiple SKUs into single shipments.
I have a prototype or CAD file. Can you help me manufacture it?
Absolutely — this is a big part of what we do. Send us your files (STEP, STL, CAD, or even sketches) and we'll match you with the right factory, manage tooling and molds, iterate on samples, and handle the first production run. Many of our clients are hardware startups going from prototype to market.
Can I visit the factory in person?
Yes, and we encourage it for larger orders. We can arrange factory visits, accompany you as translators, and help you get the most out of the trip. Many clients prefer to visit during the sampling phase — it builds trust and lets you see the production environment firsthand.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
Yes. We coordinate with licensed US customs brokers and freight forwarders to manage the full import process — documentation, HTS tariff classification, duty calculations, and delivery to your door or warehouse. You get one invoice and one point of contact for everything.
